Jennifer Woehrle (she/her) is an artist and BFA candidate working and creating in Aurora, Colorado. Jen’s primary creative output is through the medium of painting, where she uses acrylics, watercolor, and any other materials she is drawn towards. Her subject matter centers on the emotional, drawing on personal fears and anxieties as creative fuel. Drawing on her own life experiences she creates impactful pieces that elicit an empathetic response in the viewer.
Jen is a recipient of SITE SantaFe’s SITE Scholar award and participated in the SITE Scholar’s gallery show, as well as a recipient of Virginia Commonwealth University’s Talent Scholarship. Jen has participated in numerous gallery and private shows, and hangs in private collections across the country.
